The Story

For most of my life, I felt invisible. From the very beginning I felt like I never belonged.  I always made sure everyone’s needs were met.  It started from the beginning, wanting to please my parents and then everyone else and forgot who I was in the process.

When I began my studies in the Healing Arts, I knew the  direction of my work would involve birth trauma.  I knew I had experienced trauma during my birth, but I didn’t realize the emotional and spiritual impact it still had in my life.

I have this image of a baby being born filled with excitement, waiting to make eye contact with the faces that belong to the voices he/she has been hearing while in utero.  This is all part of the birth process.  However, some birth stories play out differently.  There is no “meet and greet” time.  Necessary medical interventions may take place, which doesn’t allow for proper bonding during that critical moment.

Every baby is born with a beautiful light, that carries his/her unique vibrational frequency that they want to share with the world.  If it is overlooked, it grows dimmer and dimmer. As time goes on, you begin to feel more and more invisible, feeling more and more like you don’t belong, feeling more and more like you don’t matter.

I continued to look outside myself for answers. Always questioning, what’s wrong with me. There was never anything wrong with me, but the energy around my birth created a framework from which I continued to question my lovability.

My passion is bringing resolution to the emotional and spiritual pain that you’ve been carrying for such a long time.  Traumas come in many shapes and forms.  Some can be very subtle, yet others are more obvious that involves physical injury and/or medical interventions.  But if your light has been dimmed in any shape or form, you are not living your best life, you are operating out of an outdated paradigm.
